Another baby card! This was one that we made at Stamp Club last week. I wanted to try using the Big Shot Top Note die with squares of patterned paper to create the "patchwork" effect, and I was pretty pleased with how it worked out!
I really love the Sweet Slumber specialty paper - it's cardstock weight, textured Designer Series Paper which is lovely to work with. It means that lots of my baby cards this year have had this same colour combination, though, because it works so well!
I also used the "Lots of Tags" dies to create the tag, and the only stamping was the giraffe from "Fox and Friends" and the greeting from "Teeny Tiny Sentiments". This has quickly become my favourite words set - it has everything you could possibly want to use on a card, from "Happy Mother's Day" to "Get Well Wishes" - such a useful set!
The other project that we made at Stamp Club also used the Top Note die - I'll show you that soon!
