Welcome Summer

It's not that I'm a big fan of Summer itself, because actually I really don't like the heat, but I am a very big fan of the new Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalogue.

You can check it out online if you follow this link, or if you'd like to receive one in person and check out some of the yummy new products, then please come along to my Summer Mini Card buffet this Friday night at 7:30pm.

One of the gorgeous new stamp sets is "Butterfly Prints", which also has a coordinating Butterfly Punch. How good is that!

An Invitation

This Friday at 7:30pm I'm holding an Open House Stamping night at my place in Turramurra to celebrate the start of Sale-A-Bration, the Summer Mini Catalogue and the New Year.

If you've been too busy to have a good look at the Summer Mini Catalogue, then this will be a great chance to check out the new stamp sets and accessories and get some ideas for how they can be used. We'll be making a few projects, there'll be prizes and give aways and a special bonus for anyone who books a workshop on the night. It should be lots of fun, so please let me know if you'd like to come along.

Summertime...

The new Summer Mini Catalogue is here! And it's beautiful... I love the accessories, papers, colours, new punches, and of course the Stamp Sets! You can view the Catalogue online here, and if you're on my mailing list then I'll be sending you one in the post this week. If you'd like one but you're not sure if I've got your address then just email me (mail@elisabethstewart.com), and I'll make sure I send one to you! 

I haven't had a lot of time to play with my new stamps, but here's something I came up with using the set "A Happy Heart". I really love the dandelion image in this set. The scallop edge on the Teal cardstock is done using our new Scallop punch, which is so easy to use and is well worth checking out! Why not add it to your Christmas list?

Preview!

Obviously I love Stampin' Up! products, so I'm pretty excited about the fact that the new Summer Mini Catalogue is coming out. As demonstrators we've been able to take a look at the products early, so I've made up a couple of samples to give you your own personal Preview of the Catalogue. These cards use the French Flair background stamp and the Carte Postale stamp set, as well as the matching "Enchante" designer series paper. (Are you picking up the "French" theme yet?)

The colours I've used are Pale Plum, Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery and Sage Shadow, with Very Vanilla cardstock as well and a bit of Chocolate Chip thrown in for good measure.
