To make this card I teamed up the new Jumbo "Neighbourhood" wheel with some "Good Morning Sunshine" Paper. Before this card, I have to say that I don't think I've ever used the colour Summer Sun on a card, but I'm liking how it worked!
I used a card by Vera on Splitcoast Stampers as the inspiration for my card. I love the wheel, which goes with the "All in the Family" stamp set, and thought that it would make a cute card for someone moving house, hence the "Congratulations" greeting. I also liked how the patterned paper made it look like the sun was shining on the house.
