I made this card last weekend at our team weekend away. One of the great things about our team of demonstrators is how much they share - I don't actually own this stamp set, so it was great to be able to borrow it to have a turn!
The card was made for a couple of reasons:
1. Fathers' Day's coming up, so I needed to start on some appropriate cards, and
2. For a sketch challenge for the weekend. We all made cards following 1 of 3 sketches provided by Carol, and at the end of the weekend voted on our favourite. I'm pleased to say that my card got the vote and won the sketch challenge! I was pretty surprised, because people were making beautiful things!
The card also uses some beautiful new paper, Parisian Breeze, from the Stampin' Up! Spring Mini Catalogue. If you'd like to make some cards yourself using some of the new Mini Catalogue products, then please come along to my Card Buffet this Friday night!
