When Annabelle was born we were so blessed by the generosity of family and friends and all the gifts they gave to us and her. So, I had the fun task of designing thank you cards to send out to people! Of course, trying to get the perfect photo was the first stage of the task. I took this photo when she was 4 weeks old, and now she's 11 weeks, so looks a bit different, but I think it's still a sweet picture.
The colours of the card are based on the letter A which some friends gave to her. I used Real Red, Regal Rose, Wild Wasabi and Pretty in Pink. I'm not sure that I'd have put all those colours together myself, but it seemed to work for the letter and I'm happy with how it looks for the card.
Of course, making the cards was the fun & easy part - writing on them all and sending them out is another story. So, if you haven't received your thank you card yet, be assured that it's on its way, and thank you from us all in the meantime!
