I've decided that I like this years In-Colours even more than I liked last year's! The In-Colours are Stampin' Up!'s 6 exclusive colours that are released for a year only to particularly reflect current style trends. The In-Colours just released in Australia for 2008-2009 are: Blue Bayou, Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi, River Rock, Groovy Guava and Purely Pomegranate. Aren't they excellent colour names? I wish I had the job of naming colours!
This card is made using Blue Bayou, Soft Sky and Purely Pomegranate. The image from Fast and Fun Notes is stamped on Watercolour paper, then coloured using an Aqua painter and ink from the inkpads. The stitched ribbon is also Blue Bayou, and this ribbon is available in all the In-Colours this year. The "Hello" greeting is a rub-on - a product that's not new to Scrapbookers, but is new for Stampin' Up! If you haven't used rub-ons before, they're great - just like the transfers we used to have when we were kids, but so much classier. I really like how much the accessory section of the Catalogue has expanded this year!
