Bethinking: City of David

City of David

Blue and brown is one of my favourite colour combinations. This is one of the cards that we'll be making at my next Christmas Card class, on Thursday 15th November. This card uses the Snow Flurries and City of David stamp sets, with the "Noel" from Many Merry Messages. I like the way the colours work - they're Bashful Blue, Whisper White and Close to Cocoa. I've watercoloured the Mary & Joseph image using the Stampin' Write markers, and used some brads, ivory ribbon and Stampin' Dimensionals to make the Noel greeting stand out.

The class on November 15th is at my place in Turramurra, at 7:30pm. We'll make 10 cards altogether. If you'd like to book in, please send me an email at mail@elisabethstewart.com. If you're not able to make it that night but would like to make the cards, then I'm happy to do a class for you and a few friends at your place. Wow Beth, this looks great - love the colour combo, also makes me think I need snow flurries!!
